Getting Started With Your ClickBank Account
As of October 28, 2023, all account nicknames must be linked to a primary (aka master) account. Users without a primary account will be prompted to link or create a primary account when they log into to their account nickname.
A primary account allows account owners to share and manage account permissions with their team and has new and updated features only available at the primary account level.
Additionally, allows ClickBank clients to link multiple sales account to a shared account; manage customer support tickets in a central location; and view reporting data for all of their accounts on one screen.

Users should familiarize themselves with navigating back and forth between the Master Account feature and the individual account interface. Here's a step-by-by guide to do so:
Step 1: Log in to your account.
NOTE: If you created an account after 10/29/19, you cannot use your Account Nickname to log in because Account Nicknames are no longer affiliated with a unique password. You MUST use your email address as your login credential.
Step 2: Click the Accounts tab on the vertical navigation column on the left side of the screen.
Step 3: Click the name of the account you with to work in.
If you have completed the account sign-up process, you should see the name of that account under the Nickname header. Clicking this name will direct you to the individual sales account interface.

NOTE: Your account nickname will open in a new browser tab. Keep your primary account open for easy access for ticket management or to return to if necessary.
Step 4: Complete account operations as needed.
From this screen you can update your payment information, add products, access the Knowledge Base, enable features, or view reporting specific to this unique account.
