As of October 28, 2023, all account nicknames must be linked to a primary account in order for users to access them.

A primary account allows account owners to share and manage account permissions with their team and has new and updated features only available at the primary account level.

All unlinked accounts will be prompted to link to or create a primary account from within their primary account. Follow this flow to create a primary account and then follow these instructions to link any additional account nicknames.
