Overview
ClickBank Sellers can have multiple upsell flows per nickname account. These upsell flows are displayed, managed, and updated through the Upsell Flow Table, located under the My Products tab in their nickname account.

Adding an Upsell Flow to Your ClickBank Nickname Account

Step 1: Log in to your ClickBank account.
Step 2: Click the Accounts tab.
Step 3: Select the account nickname that houses the upsell flow table you want to search or sort.
Step 4: Click Vendor Settings.
Step 5: Click My Products.
Step 6: Click the Upsell Flows tab.
Step 7: Click Add Upsell Flow.
Submitting an Upsell Flow for Approval
Once your upsell flow contains at least one upsell, it can be submitted for approval. Until it has one upsell included, it will be saved as a draft and display the Draft status in the Status column. Once your upsell flow is complete, you can submit it for approval using the Submit for Approval button.
Step 1: Log in to your ClickBank account.
Step 2: Click the Accounts tab.
Step 3: Select the account nickname that houses the upsell flow table you want to search or sort.
Step 4: Click Vendor Settings.
Step 5: Click My Products.
Step 6: Click the Upsell Flows tab.
Step 7: Locate the upsell flow you want to submit for approval and click the Submit for Approval button.
Step 8: In the Initiating Item Numbers modal, provide the item numbers of the products in your nickname account that will trigger that particular upsell flow.
Step 9: Click Submit for Review. Your upsell flow will be submitted for a compliance review. The status will indicate its status in that process.
Filtering and Sorting Upsell Flows
By default, upsell flows in your upsell flow table are sorted alphanumerically by their flow title. To sort products alphanumerically by their Title, Commission, Price, or Status, click the arrow next to the column header. Find the instructions below.
Step 1: Log in to your ClickBank account.
Step 2: Click the Accounts tab.
Step 3: Select the account nickname that houses the upsell flow table you want to search or sort.
Step 4: Click Vendor Settings.
Step 5: Click My Products.
Step 6: Click the Upsell Flows tab.
Step 7: Sort the table to your preference by clicking the arrow next to the column title. To filter by Needs Attention or Most Recent click the Sort icon next to the search bar.
Searching the Upsell Flow Table
To complete a comprehensive search of your Upsell Flow table, use the search bar at the top of the table. You can search by upsell flow name, flow ID, or product included in an upsell flow. Your search term will be highlighted if it is included in a Flow Title or Flow ID. However, if your search term returns a product, a highlight won’t be visible–instead the flow that contains the products will be included on the table.
Upsell Flow Status

Each upsell flow will display a certain status under the Status header depending on where it is in the approval process. Some of these badges may require action, some are only informative. Here are the statuses you might see on your Upsell Flow table.
Active
No action required. If the status of your product is Active, your upsell flow is approved and active.
Pending Product Approval
No action required. This badge means that a product included in an upsell flow is pending approval. The approval of the upsell flow is contingent on the approval of the product.
Pending Review
No action required. This badge means that the upsell flow is currently waiting for the review process to commence.
Under Review
No action required. This badge means that the upsell flow is actively being reviewed by the Compliance Team.
Disapproved
If the status of your upsell flow is Disapproved you can click the kebab menu to see the compliance review.
Draft
If the status of your upsell flow says Draft, it means that you have saved your upsell flow as a draft in an unfinished and un-submitted state.
Responding to Action Required Badge
An upsell flow in your upsell flow table can have a badge that indicates that your upsell flow requires action. Action Required badges are the only ones that can be clicked and actioned. To respond to an Action Required badge, click the badge and then click See Compliance Review for further instructions. For more information, see the instructions below:
Step 1: Log in to your ClickBank account.
Step 2: Click the Accounts tab.
Step 3: Select the account nickname that houses the upsell flow table you want to search or sort.
Step 4: Click Vendor Settings.
Step 5: Click My Products.
Step 6: Click the Upsell Flows tab.
Step 7: Locate the upsell flow with an “action required” badge that you want to respond to and click the kebab icon next to the Status column.
Step 8: Click See Compliance Review to learn more about what actions you can take.
Editing an Upsell Flow
If you want to edit an Upsell Flow, keep in mind that changing anything other than its name will prompt the flow to be put into a Pending Approval state.
Step 1: Log in to your ClickBank account.
Step 3: Select the account nickname that houses the upsell flow table you want to search or sort.
Step 4: Click Vendor Settings.
Step 5: Click My Products.
Step 6: Click the Upsell Flows tab.
Step 7: Locate the upsell flow you want to edit and click the kebab icon.
Step 8: Click Edit.
Step 9: If you wish to continue, acknowledge that you understand that editing your upsell flow will cause it to be put in a Pending Approval State by clicking OK. If you do not wish to continue, click Cancel.
Duplicating or Deleting an Upsell Flow
Step 1: Log in to your ClickBank account.
Step 2: Click the Accounts tab.
Step 3: Select the account nickname that houses the upsell flow table you want to search or sort.
Step 4: Click Vendor Settings.
Step 5: Click My Products.
Step 6: Click the Upsell Flows tab.
Step 7: Find the upsell flow you want to duplicate or delete and click the kebab icon next to the Status column. To delete the upsell flow, click Delete. To duplicate the upsell flow, click Duplicate.
Downloading a CSV of Your Upsell Flows
Sellers can download a CSV file of their upsell flows from the Upsell Flows page. Here's how:
Step 1: Log in to your ClickBank account.
Step 2: Click the Accounts tab.
Step 3: Select the account nickname that houses the upsell flow table you want to search or sort.
Step 4: Click Vendor Settings.
Step 5: Click My Products.
Step 6: Click the Upsell Flows tab.
Step 7: Click the kebob menu on the right side of the screen, then click Export.
