Overview
ClickBank users can utilize the Transactions Reporting feature to run sales reports using various search criteria to limit the report. The Transaction Search page is divided into two distinct sections: the Search Criteria box and the Search Report area.
To export a CSV of every transaction that was made via your sales account, click the hyperlink in the For Your Information box at the the top of the Transaction Search page.
The Search Criteria box allows users to set the parameters for a search. The parameter options are as follows:
- Affiliate
- Affiliate status
- Coupon code
- Credits
- Date range
- Debits
- Item
- Last Name
- Purchase type
- Receipt number
- Role
- Start/end date
- Tests
- Transaction ID (TID)
- Vendor
The Search Report area presents the results of the search report in tabular format. By default, the Search Report area shows all credits and debits (excluding charges in which the current account was involved).
NOTE: Transactions in which you earn 0% are not displayed in transactions reporting but are included in transaction quality metrics and analytics. For example, if you are the affiliate for a product with an initial commission but a 0% recurring commission, the rebills are not displayed here, but their quality is included in your transaction quality reporting.
