What is a funnel?
When it comes to ecommerce, a funnel is a series of opportunities that a potential customer moves through once they show interest in a product. Each sellers funnel may be different, but the general template is awareness, consideration, and conversion.
In direct response marketing, this funnel typically includes upsells and order bumps. Sometimes people also use exit offers in their funnel to entice customers who may be on the fence to convert.
