Overview
The ClickBank Reporting Suite includes order form conversion reporting (previously known as conversion reporting) that provides data on your product and order form conversions. Order form conversion reporting is helpful for understanding order form template and product conversion performance.
The Order Form Conversion Rate is the percentage of the total number of impressions on the initial order form page that result in purchase, expressed as a percentage. NOTE: The order form conversion rate is calculated using only initial sales and does not include upsells or rebills.

How to Access Order Form Conversion Reporting
Order form conversion reporting is accessed through your primary account. From the report page, you can select which account nickname you want to view data for.
Step 2: Select Reporting to access the Reporting Dashboard.
Step 3: Choose Conversion Rate Trends from the Reports menu.

NOTE: Order Form Conversion Reporting is only available to sellers. Make sure you have selected to view the Reporting Dashboard as a seller. β
Conversion Rate Trends
The Conversion Rate Trends report shows order form conversion rates (order form impression to purchase event) across all accounts and products.
Conversion Performance
The Conversion Performance report shows order form conversion rates (order form impression to purchase event) per the initial product offer, or for the order form template selected.
Step 4: Set your time frame for the report.
Step 5: Select the account nickname you want to view data for.
Step 6: If viewing the conversion performance graph, select if you want to view the chart by product or by order form template. Once you have selected all required options from the dropdown menus, your graph will load.
Order Form Conversion Reporting Data
Conversion Rate Trends contains an average order form conversion rates (order form to purchase) across all accounts and products.
Conversion Performance contains the seller account nickname (if selected), the order form template name (if selected), the product identifier, the initial sale count for the selected time frame, the impression count for the selected time frame, and the conversion rate by order form template (if selected) or the product (if selected). You can view this data in the graph, you or can view it in the table below.
