A custom order form lets you change the appearance of your ClickBank checkout experience. You create a template in My Order Form, customize its design, and select it when building a Paylink.
This article focuses on Cart Summary styling: how purchase options are arranged, how badges appear, and how discounts are displayed. Your purchase options supply the product details and pricing; the custom template controls their presentation.

Before you begin
Create the purchase options you want to display in your funnel.
Add discount information to purchase options if you want to display savings or original prices.
Have a Paylink available to check how your template looks with your intended purchase options.
1. Create a custom order form template
Go to Vendor Settings → My Order Form.
Click Create Template.
Enter a Template Name, Template URL Parameter, and description.
Click Next.
Choose a layout. The tutorial uses Individual Sections.
Click Start Customizing.
In the editor, you can select a different product to preview while you work.
2. Open Cart Summary styling
In the customizer, open Style, then expand Cart Summary.
This section contains the settings for presenting purchase options, including their layout, badges, and discount styling.
Choose the arrangement you want for your purchase options—for example, stacking options rather than placing them side by side. Check the preview as you adjust the layout.
The template controls presentation. You choose which purchase options appear, their order, and the default selection in the Paylink builder.
3. Customize badge styles
Badges highlight individual purchase options with labels such as Best Value or Best Seller.
Open the badge styling controls in Cart Summary.
Select the badge style you want to customize.
Adjust its colors and appearance.
Repeat for other badges you plan to use.
Badge styling and badge assignment happen in different places:
Setting | Where to configure it |
A badge’s colors and appearance | Custom order form template |
Which badge appears on a purchase option | Paylink builder |
For example, style Best Value in your template, then assign that badge to the appropriate purchase option when configuring your Paylink.
4. Style purchase option discounts
Open Purchase Option Features & Styles to customize how discounts appear in the Cart Summary.
The tutorial demonstrates:
Displaying a percentage-off discount.
Displaying the original price with a strikethrough.
Customizing the colors used for these features.
Combining discount features in a custom design.
Configure the discount features you want to show, then review their appearance together in the preview.
Discount data must exist on the purchase option first. Styling does not create a discount or change the selling price. If the purchase option has no discount information, its discount control in the Paylink builder is disabled.
5. Save and submit the template for review
Once you are satisfied with the Cart Summary:
Confirm the template is saved.
Submit the template for review using the customizer’s submission control.
Return to My Order Form to access your templates.
Custom order form review is another compliance touchpoint in building an offer. It is separate from submitting your products and funnel. See Understanding Compliance Approval for the broader process.
6. Apply the template to a Paylink
Go to Vendor Settings → Offer Studio → Funnels.
Open your funnel and create or edit a Paylink.
Select your custom template as the order form.
Configure the purchase options, their order, default selection, and badges.
Click Apply to refresh the preview.
Check the template with the actual combination of purchase options you intend to offer, rather than relying only on the customizer’s sample product.
Check the customer-facing Cart Summary
After publishing the Paylink, copy its URL and open it in a browser. Verify that:
Purchase options use the intended layout.
Badges appear on the correct options with the intended styling.
Discount information is accurate and readable.
Original and current prices are clearly distinguishable.
Customers see only approved components. If the Paylink includes four purchase options but only two are approved, only those two appear in the customer-facing order form. A missing option may therefore be a compliance issue rather than a styling issue.
