Commission Groups is a tool that allows sellers to offer groups of affiliates, commission rates that differ from their standard rates. Commission Groups is an upgraded version of the legacy Commission Tiers tool.

Going forward, new ClickBank Sellers will only be able to utilize the Commission Groups feature. Sellers who are currently using Commission Tiers will be able to migrate their current commission settings within Commission Tiers to the new feature, Commission Groups.

However, during the interim, you can belong to a Commission Group and a Commission Tier, depending on what feature your sellers are using. Check both the Commission Tiers section and the Commission Groups section to view which tiers and groups you may belong to.

Step 1: Log in to your ClickBank account.

Step 2: Click the Vendor Settings tab.

Note: All Commission Group information is found under the Vendor Settings tab regardless if you are acting as an affiliate or a seller.

Step 3: Locate the Managing Affiliate Commissions section and click View Commission Groups.

Step 4: This section will indicate any Commission Groups you belong to.
