Overview
NOTE: As of May 30, 2024, the Sales Analytics report includes unique event counts (specifically Unique Hops and Unique Order Form Impressions). Conversion rates are now calculated using this new data, rather than raw event counts. Updates to our documentation is underway. The Sales Analytics Report provides both sellers and affiliates a comprehensive view of their ClickBank sales. This report contains three separate reports including: traffic, checkout, and earnings. Each data table includes several columns that provide data and conversion information.
The Sales Analytics report contains up to 2 years worth of data beginning on December 1, 2021. All reporting occurs in real time.

How to View the Traffic Report
Step 1: Log in to your ClickBank Account.
Step 2: Click Reporting to access the Reporting Dashboard.
Step 3: From the Reports menu, select Analytics.
Step 4: Select the account you want to see data for from the Account dropdown and click the Traffic tab.
Step 5: Select Affiliate or Seller from the role selector in the top right corner. This will determine the analytics displayed for the selected account’s role type: Seller or Affiliate. To view your account analytics operating as a seller, select Seller.
NOTE: The “View Data As” role is auto-detected per the account nickname selected.
Step 6: Select the date range for the data.
Step 7: Select the table data set from the Table Data dropdown. You can also select a related table data set to be viewed with your primary selection. The following information represents the available data configurations for the traffic report. NOTE: The same data and grouping options cannot be selected at the same time.

Below is a list of the specific data categories and their definitions that can be viewed on the traffic report:
Affiliate
This is the nickname of the affiliate that promoted a product housed in your nickname account that you selected from the Account dropdown.
Hops
This column shows the number of Hops per the dimension configured. A Hop is a site visitor driven by an affiliate link.

Initial Impressions
This column shows the amount of traffic measured in unique users that viewed the order form and did or did not convert.
Initial Sales
This column shows how many sales of the initial product occurred via this affiliate.
Initial Sales Earnings
This column shows in currency the amount of earnings generated by initial sales that occurred via this affiliate.
Hop Conversion Rate
This percentage shows the number of initial sales generated by an affiliate link per the amount of Hops they have. This value helps both sellers and affiliates understand how effective an affiliate’s traffic is in converting. If this percentage is lower than expected, there may be discrepancies in the affiliate’s sales content and the seller’s pitch page.
Conversion Rate
This column shows in a percentage the number of sales that occurred per the number of impressions that occurred for the corresponding affiliate.
Upsell Impressions
This column shows the amount of traffic measured in unique users that viewed the upsell offer and did or did not convert.
Upsells
This column shows how many upsells occurred via the corresponding affiliate.
Upsell Earnings
This column shows in currency the earnings generated by upsells via the corresponding affiliate.
Total Sale Earnings
This column shows in currency the gross amount of earnings generated by initial sales and upsells that occurred via this affiliate.
EPC
EPC stands for Earnings Per Click. This column shows in currency the earning amount generated by each Hop.
Affiliate Earnings
This column shows in currency the earnings of the corresponding affiliate for the selected nickname account.
Affiliate EPC
This column shows in currency the earnings per Hop generated by the corresponding affiliate.
How to View the Checkout Report
Step 1: Log in to your ClickBank Account.
Step 2: Click Reporting to access the Reporting Dashboard.
Step 3: From the Reports menu, select Analytics.
Step 4: Select the account you want to see data for from the Account dropdown and click the Checkout tab.
Step 5: Select Affiliate or Seller from the view selector in the top right corner. This will determine the analytics displayed for the selected account’s role type: Seller or Affiliate. To view your account analytics operating as a seller, select Seller.
NOTE: The “View Data As” role is auto-detected per the account nickname selected.
Step 6: Select the date range for the data.
Step 7: Select the table data set from the Table Data dropdown. You can also select a related table data set to be viewed with your primary selection. The following information represents the available data configurations for the checkout report. NOTE: The same data and grouping options cannot be selected at the same time.

Affiliate

Affiliate

This column shows in currency the amount of earnings generated by initial sales that occurred via this affiliate.
Upsells

Upsell Earnings
This column shows in currency the amount of earnings generated by upsells that occurred via this affiliate.
Gross Earnings
This column shows in currency the gross amount of earnings generated by initial sales and upsells that occurred via this affiliate.
Refund Debits
This column shows in currency the amount of funds that were debited from the gross earnings total of the affiliate due to refunds. Note: Refunds are not reported based on the date the refund request occurs but according to the date of the initial sale. This means that the data for the specified date range is liable to change over time.
Chargeback Debits
This column shows in currency the amount of funds that were debited from the gross earnings total of the affiliate due to chargebacks. Note: Chargebacks are not reported based on the date the chargeback request occurs but according to the date of the initial sale. This means that the data for the specified date range is liable to change over time.
Net Earnings
The net earnings column shows in currency the total amount, less debits and chargebacks, that the corresponding affiliate generated for the selected account.
