Commission Groups, the new and improved custom commission and affiliate management feature, will take full effect November 30th, 2021.
Any ClickBank clients currently using Commission Tiers who have not migrated their Commission Tier settings and enabled Groups before November 30th will pay their affiliate commission according to their standard commission settings rather than the customized commission.

What are Commission Groups?
Commission Groups provide a seller with the ability to offer custom commission rates for select affiliates that differ from their standard settings. Sellers using Commission Groups are able to grow a robust affiliate program by customizing rates to meet the individual needs of affiliates and incentivize performance.
When setting up a Commission Group, sellers can set a single commission rate that applies to all sales for a commission group and further customize those commission settings for product types, specific products, and upsell flows. In each of the override sections, the commission rate that is shown indicates what the commission rate will be for that product type, product, or upsell unless you set it differently.
Can I use the feature now?
Yes! The Commission Groups feature is currently available for all ClickBank clients. If you previously used Commission Tiers, you must migrate your settings and enable Commission Groups to use the feature. If you have never set a custom commission for your affiliates, you can start using Commission Groups today!
What makes Commission Groups different from Commission Tiers?
The new commission customization and affiliate management tool is more intuitive, better designed, and allows for easy management of affiliates.
Why do I have to migrate my commission settings?
The Commission Groups feature is similar to the Commission Tiers feature, but there are some differences. In order to preserve your commission tier data, you can migrate and review your commission settings to the new feature. This will make setting up your new commission groups easier.
What happens if I don’t migrate my commission settings?
If you don’t migrate your settings by November 30th, your settings will be auto-migrated in a paused state. This means that your affiliates who were previously in a commission tier will receive the standard commission set in that specific account until you enable your commission groups.
