Vendor Analytics is a library of 20+ downloadable reports that can be found in the left sidebar of your ClickBank Master account under the "Vendor Reporting" menu. A Master account linked with your corresponding sales accounts is required to utilize this feature. This article provides a summary definition of each available report.
DATA AVAILABILITY: Data is updated daily. The most recent update time is provided at the bottom of each chart. Data closes each night at 24:00 Pacific and is updated each morning. Data is available for a rolling 24-month period.
ClickTip: The download option on each chart for any given time period is also available. In many cases, downloading a given report will provide detail beyond what's displayed online.
SALES SUMMARY
- Gross vs. Net Sales: Gross sales is the sum of all retail purchases made by the consumer. Net sales is gross sales less returns made in this time period.
- This report changes over time as more return requests are made by consumers. Peak returns (depending on your product) may take 30-45 days or more.
SUBSCRIPTIONS
- Days to Cancellation: Days to cancellation shows you your cancellation trends. This data will include trials and installment-type subscriptions if you have them.
RETURNS
- Refund Rate Trend: Refund rate trend displays month over month refund averages. Your gross sales count for the period selected is also provided.
- Refund rates are calculated using the actual date of the refunds during a specific time frame divided by the actual sales made during that same time period. It does not attribute the refund back to the original sales date. Typically, the average refund window is 14-45 days post-sale. Calculation is made based on the number (count) of refunds, not dollar amounts.
- Example: October refund rates would be refunds issued in October divided by sales made in October.

- Note: Chargebacks are a very serious issue, and ClickBank’s acceptable threshold is less than 0.9% to align with major credit card brands’ thresholds. - Product Contribution: Product contribution allows you to see which products contribute most to your sales, refunds, and chargebacks.
- Currency Contribution: Currency contribution allows you to see which products contribute most to your sales, refunds, and chargebacks.
- Affiliate Contribution: Affiliate contribution allows you to see which products contribute most to your sales, refunds, and chargebacks.
FUNNEL
- AOV (Flow): AOV (average order value) by Flow ID shows you the average order value (using gross sales) of each step in your ClickBank flow. Initial sale. Bump. Upsells. Initial sales count of each flow are included for reference. This chart uses gross sales (does not reflect refunds, etc.).
- AOV (Product): AOV (average order value) by Product shows you the average order value (using gross sales) of each of your products on ClickBank. Initial sales count of each product are included for reference. This chart uses gross sales (does not reflect refunds, etc.). Products are displayed by account, then product ID.
- Gross Sales per Impression by Flow ID: Gross sales per impression by flow ID shows your gross sales to order form impression results by each flow ID. Total order form impression count by flow ID is provided for reference.
- Gross Sales per Impression by Product: Gross sales per impression by product shows your gross sales to order form impression results by each product. Total order form impression count by flow ID is provided for reference.
CONVERSION
- Conversion Rate Trends: Conversion rate trends show your order form conversion rates (order form to purchase) across all accounts and all products.
- Conversion Rate by Product: Conversion rate by product shows your order form conversion rates (order form to purchase) by account and then product.
- Conversion Rate by Order Form: Conversion rate trends show your order form conversion rates for each of your order form templates.
AFFILIATES
- Top Affiliates (Gross): Top affiliates (gross) displays your top 20 affiliates (or affiliate accounts) by the total gross sales produced.
- Top Affiliates (Payout): Top affiliates (payout) displays your top 20 affiliates (or affiliate accounts) by their total payout.
- Gross Sales (Affiliate Mix): Gross sales (affiliate mix) shows your top 20 affiliates (or affiliate accounts) compared. Downloading this chart will show all affiliates.
