In some instances, ClickBank users may need to request that a paper check be reissued. These instances may include:
- A check that has been stolen
- A check that was not cashed within 90 days of issue
- A check that has been delayed in the mail
ClickTip: If there are other instances in which you feel your check may need to be reissued, contact ClickBank for further assistance.
Stolen Check
If you believe that your check has been stolen and fraudulently endorsed, you will need to open a fraud case with our bank. If it is determined that fraud occurred, the funds will be reimbursed to us. Then, we will reissue you a check. We cannot reissue a check until it has been determined that fraud occurred. If you need to report a stolen check, contact ClickBank.
Uncashed Check
ClickBank checks are void after 90s days from the date of issue. If you present a ClickBank check to your bank after 90 days of issue and they refuse it, you must return the void check to ClickBank before it can be reissued.
Send void checks to:
Click Sales, Inc.
Attn: Paycheck Department
1444 S. Entertainment Ave., Suite 410
Boise, ID 83709 USA
Once the check is received, the funds will be re-credited to your account.
Mail Delay
If you believe that your check has been significantly delayed in the mail, ClickBank can reissue a check to you. To void the delayed check, ClickBank must pay a $20 service fee to the bank. This fee will be deducted from the reissued check. To request that a check be reissued, please contact ClickBank via the "Submit a Request" form.
