Negative Account Balance

Refunds and chargebacks may also result in a negative balance in your account. If your account experiences a negative balance for any reason, ClickBank may withdraw funds from any other accounts you control, may seize any available funds to cover the deficiency, and/or may invoice you for the deficiency. All of these remedies are in addition to ClickBank’s other rights under the ClickBank Client Contract, which are fully reserved.

ClickBank may suspend your account and halt your ability to create new accounts until the remaining balance is paid.

To rectify this, please submit a ticket through our "Submit Request Form" within the Messenger widget, located in the lower right-hand corner of your account.

Step 1 - Select Create a ticket.

Step 2 - Select "Negative Balance" for Type of Question.
