Overview
If a clicked HopLink is invalid for any number of reasons, the potential customer will encounter a HopLink error page that displays information about the error and provides the customer a clear path to continue onto the product page, whenever possible.

The error pages are designed to address the technical aspects of error resolution with tracking links, while also prioritizing a positive user experience. The error pages enable customers to navigate through errors effortlessly and while also providing enhanced communication for clients troubleshooting their tracking links.
Error Messages for Invalid HopLink

| HopLink URL is broken or missing | No | Link Error. The destination URL is invalid. Please contact seller. | |
| Seller nickname is invalid | No | Link Error. The link you clicked contains seller information that is invalid or missing. | |
| Affiliate nickname is invalid | Yes | Something went wrong. Click continue to go directly to the product website. | The link you clicked contains invalid affiliate information. |
| Affiliate is suspended, terminated, or set to halt sales | Yes | Something went wrong. Click continue to go directly to the product website. | The link you clicked was created by a ClickBank affiliate that is not currently active. |
