When you first crack open our new Order Form Customizer to create a custom order form template, you might get struck by the “blank canvas” effect.

The Customizer makes it readily apparent that you can add or drag and drop images, text, and a combination of the two across different zones–header, footer, and side modules–but you might find yourself wondering, “What images should I add to elevate my branding, optimize my order form, and drive conversions?”

To help you get started, we’ve put together this quick-start guide with image examples for each module. These images are for reference only, but the various examples are built on best practices from top-converting order forms, and offer a glimpse into what you can create.

You can find recommended image widths at the bottom of this article.
Although you don't need to create unique images for each device type, we've included desktop and mobile example images for nearly each category.
Images uploaded to the Customizer will respond to device and screen size, but you can also upload individual images to hide or show by device, as well. (In case you want to show something on desktop but not mobile, for example.)
