The Customer Distribution Requirement

The Customer Distribution Requirement (CDR) is a requirement put in place by ClickBank to deter ClickBank affiliates from using their accounts for the sole purpose of fraudulently collecting rebates or discounts on their own promotions.

NOTE: ClickBank users must meet the CDR before payment is issued to them.

In order to meet the CDR, users are required to generate at least 5 sales. Once two weeks have passed since the fifth sale, your pay details will indicate that you have met the CDR requirements. Please note that if the fourteen day period falls over two of ClickBank's pay periods, you will be paid on the pay day following the last pay period.

Failure to meet the CDR is one of the most common reasons that ClickBank users don't receive payment when they are expecting it. If you are expecting a payment, and haven't received it, make sure that you have met the CDR. For more information, refer to the ClickBank Accounting Policy.
