Overview
Every January, ClickBank sends 1099 forms to ClickBank users who earn more than $600 in commissions. If a ClickBank user has not earned over $600, they will not receive a 1099 form.
US-based affiliates making more than $600 must provide a taxpayer ID. This ID is either a social security number (SSN) or an employer identification number (EIN) that has been issued by the IRS.
Required Identification
The taxpayer ID that you provide must match the payee name on the account. If the account is listed under a business name, but will be reporting under a SSN, you must provide a completed IRS W-9 form to ClickBank via fax (559-210-0502). Be sure to include a cover sheet that indicates your account nickname.
If you are using a US address but are a beneficial resident of a foreign country, you will need to fax a completed IRS W-8ben form (559-210-0502).
