ClickBank’s Privacy Principles
ClickBank follows the following principles in order to protect your privacy:
- we do not collect any more personally identifiable information about you than is necessary;
- we do not keep your personally identifiable information if it is no longer needed; and

Web Form Information
When you submit information to ClickBank to make a payment or open an account, we may collect personally identifiable information from you that may include your name, tax id, address, email address, phone number, and credit card number. We also collect personally identifiable information from you if you participate in our promotions, such as contests and sweepstakes, take our surveys, use our services, contact us about a transaction, or email, call or otherwise communicate with us. If you provide us with personally identifiable information about your contacts we will only use this information for the specific reason for which it is provided.
We do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from persons under the age of eighteen. If we determine that any information from a person under the age of 18 has been submitted to us, we will delete it within a reasonable time.
Site Usage Information
We automatically collect IP addresses and Site usage information from you when you access any of our online services. This information helps us evaluate how our visitors and subscribers use and navigate our Sites on an aggregate basis, including, but not limited to, the number and frequency of visitors and subscribers to each web page and the length of their visits.
Your web browser may let you choose your preference as to whether you want to allow websites to collect personally identifiable information over time about your online activities across different websites or online services.
How We Use Information Collected
We may use information in the following ways:
- To perform the actions for which you specifically provided the information (for example, enabling us to process, validate, and verify purchases and otherwise fulfill our contractual obligations to you).
- As necessary to register you as a client and establish an account for you.
- To contact you about our new or existing ClickBank products and services, special offers or other promotions.

You may give your consent in several ways, such as through a written agreement that you sign or acknowledge; an online method, such as a "click through" agreement or registration page; or through expressly accepting the terms and conditions under which we provide you a particular product or service.
Affiliated Businesses. We may share your personally identifiable information with our parent or affiliated businesses, joint venturers or promotion partners, for their use in the manner described in this Policy.
Agents/Service Providers. Upon request, ClickBank will provide a list of categories of personally identifiable information disclosed to third parties for marketing purposes, and the third parties to whom such information has been disclosed, in the preceding 12 months. Legal Process. You will be notified via email and/or a prominent notice on our Site of any change in ownership or uses of your personally identifiable information, as well as any resulting choices you may have regarding your personally identifiable information.
If you wish to subscribe to our newsletter, we will use your name and email address to send the newsletter to you. Out of respect for your privacy, you can unsubscribe at any time by clicking "unsubscribe" within the email.
You have the right to request a copy of any personal data that we hold about you. If you would like a copy of your personal identifiable information please contact us. We may request proof of your identity before sharing such information.
If you discover that the information we hold about you is incorrect or out of date, you may edit that information through your ClickBank account.
You may ask us to delete the personal data we hold about you in certain circumstances. It may not be possible for us to delete all of the information we hold about you where we have an ongoing relationship or a legal basis to retain the information, however please contact us to discuss how we can assist with your request.

In addition to the above, you may also ask us to stop or restrict processing of the personal data we have about you. Cookies and Other Tracking Technologies
We use both session ID cookies and persistent cookies. A session ID cookie expires when you close your browser. We use session cookies to track your login status. This cookie is only ever transmitted over HTTPS. A persistent cookie remains on your hard drive for an extended period of time. We use persistent cookies to determine from where you were referred to our Sites, as well as the last user ID that you used to log in. We may set and access ClickBank cookies on your computer; cookies are required to use the ClickBank Sites.

Analytics / Log Files
As is true of most websites, we gather certain information automatically and store it in log files. This information includes IP addresses, browser type, internet service provider (ISP), referring/exit pages, the files viewed on our site (e.g. HTML pages, graphics, etc.), operating system, date/time stamp, and clickstream data to analyze trends in the aggregate and administer the site and our systems.

If you click on a link to a third party site, you will leave our site and go to the site you selected. Because we cannot control the activities of third parties, we cannot accept responsibility for any use of your personally identifiable information by such third parties, and we cannot guarantee that they will adhere to the same privacy practices as us.
