Overview
The default return period for customers who have bought products from ClickBank Sellers is 60 days. As a ClickBank Seller, you can set a custom refund period between 30-90 days.
NOTE: Sellers who want to offer a longer window for refunds can reach out to Support to enable refunds up to 364 days. This is an admin-controlled feature and cannot be enabled through Vendor Features.
NOTE: If you are a seller who offers PayPal as a payment method on your order form, the refund period for purchases made with PayPal is 180 days. We encourage sellers to make this clear to their customers.
The refund period is set at a product level, so different products can have different refund periods. If you change a product's refund period, the new refund period is only applied to new sales. It is not retroactive.
The Flexible Refund Policy feature is seller-enabled. Make sure that you have enabled it before proceeding.

Step 1: Log in to your ClickBank account.
Step 2: Click the Accounts tab.
Step 3: Select the account nickname that houses the product you want to change the refund period for.
Step 4: Click Vendor Settings.
Step 5: Click My Products.
Step 6: Find the product you want to change the refund policy for and click the kebob icon. Then, click Edit.
Step 7: The Flexible Refund Policy dropdown menu is located in the Pricing section. Select the refund period for this product from the Flexible Refund Policy dropdown menu.
Step 8: Click Save & Exit. Repeat this process for any products that you want custom refund periods for.
