Overview
The Support & Shipping Reporting tab is a hub of reporting pertaining to customer support and shipping located in the ClickBank primary account interface. Each of these reports serves a unique purpose for ClickBank Sellers. To learn more about these reports, navigate to the section that best suits your needs:

Accessing the Support & Shipping Reporting Tab
Follow these steps to access the Support & Shipping Reporting tab:
Step 1: Log in to your ClickBank account.

Step 2: Locate the Support & Shipping Reporting tab on the left vertical navigation bar.
Step 3: Select the section and report that you're looking for from the tab hierarchy:
Using the Ticket Analytics Reports
The Tickets Analytics Reports include Ticket Creation and Ticket Modification. These reports are helpful for sellers who want to see tickets affiliated with individual nickname accounts, or cumulatively for all linked nickname accounts.
Ticket Creation
The Ticket Creation tab shows sellers how many tickets, sorted by type (Refund, Cancel, or Tech Support) that have been created for a set time period.
NOTE: Sellers can only see ticket creation for the previous 30 days.
Refund tickets occur when a customer requests a refund through the customer service portal known as "CLKBank."

Cancel tickets occur when a customer requests to cancel a subscription. Tech support tickets occur when a customer requires tech support for their purchase.
Ticket Modification
The Ticket Modification report shows how many tickets have been actioned or modified for a specific time frame. The tickets are sorted by type on the table: Refund, Cancel, or Tech Support.
Using the Clerk Analytics Reports
The Clerk Analytics Report provides insight to Clerk actions including what type and how many tickets they open; what type and how many tickets they closed; tickets interacted with by clerks sorted by type; ticket modification; and comments made by clerks.
This tab is useful for sellers who have a team interacting with their account nicknames.
Tickets Closed
Sellers can use this report to search for tickets by a specific clerk and date range to see which tickets have been closed.
Tickets Opened
Sellers can use this report to search for tickets by a specific clerk and date range to see which tickets have been opened.
Tickets By Type
The Tickets By Type report allows sellers to view tickets that have been closed, opened, or canceled.
Ticket Modification
The Ticket Modification report allows sellers to view tickets grouped by specific modification.
Comments
The Comments report shows comments added to tickets. Sellers can view for a specific clerk, or all clerks.
Using the Shipping Analytics Reports
The Shipping Analytics Reports includes the Shipping Report.
Shipping Report
The Shipping Report displays shipping information for all account nicknames affiliated with the account. Or, sellers can select by account nickname.
Additionally sellers can select for the following shipping statuses: Shipped, Not Shipped, or All.
This report is useful for sellers selling and shipping physical products.
