Possible Situations
- I can’t remember my ClickBank primary account password.

I can’t remember my ClickBank primary account password.
If you are attempting to login to your ClickBank primary account but can’t remember your password, you need to go through the password reset flow.
Step 1: Click Forgot Password.
Step 2: Enter your email address username associated with your ClickBank primary account in the Email Address field. Verify that you are not a robot and then click Next.
Step 3: Select how you want to reset your password and click Next.
Step 4: Enter in the verification code sent via email or text into the Verification Code field and click Next

Step 5: Create a new password, confirm your new password, and click Save.
Step 4: Log in to your ClickBank primary account using your email address and new password.
I received a message saying my ClickBank primary account has been disabled.
ClickBank works diligently to ensure the security of our clients, customer, and platform. Therefore, ClickBank accounts can be disabled for a variety of reasons based on the security of the larger ClickBank community. If your account is disabled, you will not be able to sign in or access your ClickBank account.
I received an error message when I attempted to log in to my ClickBank primary account.
If you receive an error message when attempting to log in, ensure that you are using the correct email address and password. If the error persists, contact ClickBank Client Success.
I can’t remember the email address I used to create a ClickBank primary account.
If you know that you created a ClickBank primary account but do not remember your email address username, do not create a new primary account; contact ClickBank Client Success.
I’m attempting to login to my nickname account, but I don’t remember my password.
If you have linked your account nickname to your ClickBank primary account, you must use your primary account email address username to log in. Direct account nickname logins have been decommissioned.

If you have not yet linked your account nickname to a primary account and have forgotten the password for your account nickname, follow the password reset steps to reset your password, except enter your account nickname in the Email Address field. Then, log in to your account nickname with your new password. You will immediately be prompted to create a primary account and link your account nickname to it.
I know my email address username and password, but I still can’t login.
If you are sure of your primary account email address username and password and still can’t login, reset your password using the following steps.
Step 1: Click Forgot Password.
Step 2: Enter your email address username associated with your ClickBank primary account in the Email Address field. Verify that you are not a robot and then click Next.
Step 3: Select how you want to reset your password and click Next.
Step 4: Enter in the verification code sent via email or text into the Verification Code field and click Next

Step 5: Create a new password, confirm your new password, and click Save.
Step 4: Log in to your ClickBank primary account using your email address username and new password.

I keep trying to log in but nothing happens.
If you try to log in with the current credentials and nothing happens, consider the following troubleshooting tips:
- Clear the cache and cookies on your local browser. Sign in will be impeded by outdated data.
- Disable any ad blockers, script blockers, or security software for ClickBank.com. Make sure you have JavaScript enabled and any third party malware or browser add ons that could cause you issues. Norton in particular can cause sign in issues.
- Sign in with an incognito browser.
NOTE: If you can sign in with one browser, but not another, it is likely that you have add-ons or blockers on the browser that is inhibiting your sign in. Check all browser add-ons and extensions to ensure a frictionless sign in.
