As a ClickBank user, you may choose to use ClickBank to host your digital product. ClickBank provides a content delivery system that allows vendors to fulfill their digital orders using ClickBank as a liaison, rather than delivering it their customers themselves. This is helpful because it provides the ClickBank vendor with access security and anti-sharing security.
For example, if a customer has been issued a refund for a digital product that is delivered via ClickBank, they will not be able to access it once the refund is processed. Additionally, if a customer shares their download URL, ClickBank will disable the URL to prevent additional unauthorized access.
ClickTip: This feature is ideal for e-books and for users that have minimal programming experience. ClickBank only hosts one digital product per vendor. Before you proceed to list your product in the ClickBank Marketplace, you are responsible for acquiring all legal documentation including copyrights.

How to Upload a Digital Product
To upload a digital product that will be available for purchase to ClickBank, follow the steps below:
ClickTip: The following file types are accepted: .txt, .mobi, .doc, .pdf, .epub, .docx. File size maximum is 20 MB.
Step 1: Log in to your ClickBank Account.
If you have more than one sales account linked to your Master Account, navigate to the individual sales account interface. CLICK HERE to find out more about how to do that.
Step 2: Click the Vendor Settings tab.
Locate the Vendor Settings tab on the horizontal navigation bar at the top of the screen. Click this tab. Clicking this tab will reveal a secondary horizontal navigation bar.
Step 3: Click the My Products tab.
On the secondary horizontal navigation bar, click the My Products tab.
Step 4: Click the Product button.
On the My Products screen, click the Product button next to the words "Add New:" on the right side of the screen. This will direct you to the Create a New Product page.
Step 5: Select One-Time Digital Product or Recurring Digital Product from the dropdown menu.
From the dropdown menu at the top of the screen, select One-Time Digital Product or Recurring Digital Product.
Step 6: Provide the required product information.

Step 8: Upload the file.
Under the Product Delivery Details heading, click the Upload File button to prompt the File Upload dialogue box. Select the file you wish to upload and click the Save Upload button.
Step 9: Click the Save & Request Approval button.
Once the file is uploaded, click the Save & Request Approval button. Clicking this button will submit your digital product for approval.
ClickTip: The digital product will be available indefinitely to the customer unless:
- The order has been refunded
- The customer has initiated a chargeback against the transaction
- The file has been removed by the vendor
- There have been too many access attempts
- The product has been deactivated by the vendor
- The account of the vendor has been closed
- ClickBank has disabled the download or the account of the vendor due to fraudulent activity
How to Edit or Delete a Digital Product
If you wish to edit or delete a digital product, follow these steps:
Step 1: Log in to your ClickBank account.

Step 2: Click the Vendor Settings tab.

Step 3: Click the My Products tab.
On the secondary horizontal navigation bar, click the My Products tab.
Step 4: Locate the product you wish to edit.
In the product table, locate the digital product you wish to edit.
Step 5: Click the Edit icon.
In the Actions column, locate and click the Edit icon for the product you wish to edit or delete.
Step 6: Locate the Product Delivery Details Section.
Scroll to the Product Delivery Details section of the screen.
Step 7: Click Edit or Delete.
Next to the Digital Product Upload header, click the Edit or Delete button depending on what you wish to do with the product. Once you provided an edited version, or deleted the file you can proceed.
Step 8: Click the Save Upload button.
To finish the process, click the Save Upload button.
