Do you guys have a minimum period before we can withdraw our money?

    Eric,

Take a look at the How We Pay You article for information about how and when we send payments. There's not a set minimum period but there are a few requirements you must meet before you receive your first payment.

is it true that affiliates are charged with a monthly fee after 1 month of membership?

    Lotis,

There are no monthly fees for affiliates, no. ClickBank's fees are those described here. Some payment methods have associated fees as described in the How We Pay You article, but you can select the payment method that matches your needs.

Hello, so if I understand correctly, I get only 91.5 % from my sold product?  every time I sell my 57 dollars product, I  get around 51,7 dollars, is that normal? Why did I pay the 49 Dollars fee upfront then? Just want to know. Thank you :-)

    Jan,

ClickBank takes 7.5% plus $1 from each sale, and we also charge a fee when you begin selling your first product. Basically, we have to do some review and activation work when you start selling a product, and we have administration and payment work to cover whenever you make a sale; that work is covered by those fees.

Think about it like this, though - if you want to sell a product for $57 dollars, then you only need to sell a few copies of that product before you're in the black.

why did i make 90 dollars on the last pay period and then for the next pay period that amount was taken away from me. i know i didnt reach the 100 dollar threshold, but what gives - does that not carry over?

please shed some light on this -

    Luke,

Money does carry over between pay periods - if you haven't met your threshold, the money should continue to accumulate until you reach the threshold. However, events such as refunds and chargebacks can cause money to be removed from your account. You can look in Transactions reporting to see if you've had any refunds or chargebacks. If you can't find what you're looking for there, you can also file a support ticket.
