Overview
When a ClickBank user logs into their account and navigates to the specific sales account they wish to view, they are directed to the Dashboard page. The Transaction Quality box is located near the bottom of this page.
The Transaction Quality box provides several different metrics that allow for a quick peak into the quality of the account’s transactions. It shows current and prior period sales, refunds, and chargebacks.
Managing refunds and chargebacks is critical for the success of all ClickBank Clients. Learn more about managing refunds here. If an account's chargeback rate exceeds 1% during a 30 day-window, the seller will be liable for any chargeback related fees that occur in the following 30 days.
To view your “Transaction Quality” box, follow these steps:
Step 1: Log in to your ClickBank account.
Step 2: Scroll to the Transaction Quality box.
The Transaction Quality box is located near the bottom of the sales account page, under the Daily Sales Snapshot box. There are several information components included in this box. They are as follows:
- Vendor/Affiliate Tabs
You can toggle between the Vendor tab and the Affiliate tab to review metrics affiliated with your activity as a vendor and your activity as an affiliate. - Timeframe
There are two timeframes provided in the box: the previous calendar month and the current calendar month. Each particular section compares the stats of the current month to the stats of the previous month. - Current Sales
The current sales row shows the current month’s sales earnings and number of sales as well as the previous month’s sales and number of sales below for comparison. All financial values are reported in gross amounts and US Dollars. The amounts will not match the net sales amounts that are displayed in the transactions reporting view. - Current RFND
The Current RFND data represents the dollar amount that has been paid out in refunds and the number of refunds that have been issued. The current month’s data is listed first, and then the previous month’s data is listed below that. - Current CGBK
The Current CGBK data represents the dollar amount that has been credited from your account due to chargebacks as well as the amount of chargeback transactions that have occurred. The current month’s data is displayed at the top of the row and the previous month’s data is displayed below that. - RFND/Sales Count The RFND/Sales Count section shows a percent value of the amount of sales that have been refunded.
- CGBK/Sales CountThe CGBK/Sales Count section shows a percent value of the amount of sales that have been charged back. If this value exceeds 1% in a rolling 60-day time frame, sellers are subject to any chargeback fees accrued. Find more information about chargeback fees here.
