A Note on the Basic Custom Order Form
Sellers can new use ClickBank's new Order Form Tools to create and customize their order forms. This new tool is incredibly easy to use and replaces all the functionality of both basic custom order forms and advanced custom order forms. All sellers are encouraged to make the switch to the new tool to take advantage of the new standard order form, which is the foundation that the new order form tools build on. All legacy order form tools will be retired October 30, 2024.
If you do not move your order form to the new order form tools by that date, don't worry. Orders of your products will still occur as expected, however your order form will lose all customization and default to a "naked" standard order form, which outperforms our legacy order form in load time and design.

Basic Custom Order Form Best Practices
There are two main objectives when creating a Basic Custom Order Form:
- To mimic the look and feel or your site to create a more seamless customer experience.
- To provide a persuasive final touch point to convince the customer to purchase.
Below, find several best practices to accomplish these objectives.
Logo/Image Placement: If you are using a header image on your site, using a header image that matches on your order form is a great way to keep a congruent, trustworthy brand style.
Color Scheme: Use the same colors from your site design in the design on your order form.
Background Color: Match the background color of your site on the order form. This will help create a uniform customer experience.
Product Images: Use the same product images on your sales page as on the order form. This is a simple and easy way to provide customers with confidence that they are indeed purchasing the correct and desired product. However, don't over clutter your order form. Note: Please review the image requirements that apply to ALL images provided by ClickBank users here to ensure that your images are in compliance.
Other Images : If you provide an image for a refund guarantee or other compelling features, use the same image or similar design of that image on the order form. Make sure your images aren't pixelated or stretched. This will detract from the perceived quality of your product.
Other Elements to Include:
- Product title and image
- Product highlights
- Brand tagline
- Progress Bar
- Secure Order
- Refund Guarantee
- Instant Access to Digital Products
