Automated Abandoned Cart Emails is a ClickBank default feature that is enabled for every seller on platform that is NOT using Instant Notification Services.

NOTE: Sellers who are using INS must turn on the future. This is because sellers who use INS often use it to create customized abandoned cart email flows and if they were opted in the feature, their customers could receive duplicative abandoned cart emails.

How do Automated Abandoned Cart Emails work?
Sellers on ClickBank are automatically opted in the Automated Abandoned Cart Emails. This means that all customers who land on the order form and enter at least their email address will receive an email one (1) hour after they have left the order form reminding them to complete their purchase.
This email contains the name of the product, ClickBank branding, and a payment link that will restore their cart exactly as they left it.
Abandoned Cart emails are industry standard and some studies show that they have higher open rates than regular marketing and can increase conversions.
How to Opt In/Opt Out of Automated Abandoned Cart Emails
Step 1: Log in to your ClickBank account and select Accounts.
Step 2: Then, select the account nickname you want to disable automated abandoned cart emails in.
Step 3: Select Vendor Settings and then My Site.
Step 3: Scroll to Advanced Tools and click edit.
Step 4: Uncheck the box next to Send cart abandonment emails. Then click Save Changes.
Automated Abandoned Cart Emails & Affiliates
When a customer returns to your order form by clicking the payment link in an automated abandoned cart email, the original referring affiliate will still be credited with the sale. No attribution will be lost with this functionality.
