As of July 13, 2023, the improved transaction report is live at the primary account available in all accounts for both sellers and affiliates.
Prior to this release, the transaction report did not display data and only offered a download option. Now, users can view their data on screen as well as download the report.
Additionally, more data has been added to this report. While users can still access the legacy transaction report through their nickname account, the transaction report at the primary account level contains more data and offers more functionality as well as the ability to access data connected to all linked account nicknames.
While both sellers and affiliates have access to the data, the information they receive about the transaction is not the same. For example, the affiliate on the transaction will not see the customer name, customer email, or customer street address. However, regional customer information like city, region, and country will be available to both roles.
The report is separated into three tabs: Historic, Today, and Test. The Historic tab contains up to two years' worth of data up until yesterday. The Today tab contains all transactions occurring today; and the Test tab contains all test transactions.
To access the Transaction Report, log in to your ClickBank account, select Reporting and then Transaction Report.
