Affiliate and Vendor Support
If you are a ClickBank Affiliate or ClickBank Vendor, the ClickBank Client Success Team is available via chat Monday through Friday, from 7:30 AM to 3:30 PM MST (except for US holidays). The chat widget is located within the Knowledge Base tab after logging into your ClickBank sub-account. The Knowledge Base is located at the top of your sub-account just above the Reporting tab. Once you access the Knowledge Base from within your account, click on any of the support links such as "Vendor Help" or "Affiliate Help", and the chat widget will appear in the bottom right corner within just a few seconds.
If you don't have an active ClickBank Vendor or Affiliate account, or if you need assistance outside of the regular chat hours, please click the "Submit a Request" link at the top of the page or send an email to email@example.com
