If you are a seller who sells physical products, you will need to create shipping profiles for regions you are willing to ship your product to. You must have at least one shipping profile set up before you can add a physical product to your account. Follow these instructions to edit a shipping profile or add additional shipping profiles for your physical product.
Step 1: Log in to your ClickBank account.
Step 2: Click the Accounts tab.
Step 3: Select the account nickname that you want to set up a shipping profile in.
Step 4: Click Vendor Settings.
Step 5: Click My Products.
Step 6: Click Shipping Profiles.
Step 7: Click Shipping Profile next to the Add New: text.
Step 8: On the Create/Edit Shipping Profiles page, provide the information about your shipping profile including:
- Profile Name
Enter a unique name for your shipping profile.
Indicate whether or not you will offer commission on the shipping price.
Indicate whether or not there you are applying a flat shipping fee for this particular shipping region.
Select the currency that the shipping cost is in. This must match the currency of the product this shipping profile will apply to.
Select a shipping region you wish to add to this shipping profile from the Region dropdown menu. Continue to add regions until you have added all of the areas you are willing to ship physical products to with this particular shipping profile.

- Shipping Price
Enter in the shipping price.
To add a region, click the ADD button. To remove a region from the profile, click the REMOVE button.
NOTE: If a country is not included in a shipping profile, customers in that country cannot purchase the product.
Step 9: When you are finished, click Save Changes. If you plan to sell multiple physical products with different shipping locations or shipping costs, you can create multiple shipping profiles. NOTE: To edit an existing shipping profile click the Edit icon in the Actions column.
