The General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) is a European Union regulation that gives EU citizens specific rights with regards to how their data can be collected and used.

Right to be Informed
As a ClickBank Customer, ClickBank processes your personal information at the time of sale to complete your purchase and keeps a record of your transaction history for the fulfillment and service of your order(s). Under some circumstances, ClickBank may also continue to process your information to market additional goods and services, and so may the product vendor if you consented to receive those messages for sales occurring after May 25th, 2018.

Right to Access
As a ClickBank Customer, you can access your complete order history as well as your personal information used to complete the purchase through our Customer Service Portal at https://www.clkbank.com/
If you wish to obtain a detailed report of this information and associated supplementary information that ClickBank has processed, please contact gdpr@clickbank.com.
Right to Rectification
As a ClickBank Customer, you can rectify any of your personal data that was entered incorrectly at the time of sale through our Customer Service Portal at https://www.clkbank.com/
Once you have logged in, just click the “edit” option next to the appropriate field to overwrite the data.
Right to Erasure
If you wish to exercise your right to erase your personal information from our data stores, please contact gdpr@clickbank.com.
Right to Restrict Processing
As a ClickBank Customer, ClickBank processes your personal information at the time of sale to complete your purchase and keeps a record of your transaction history for the fulfillment and service of your order(s).
Once your purchase has been completed, your data continues to be processed in the following circumstances:
- Support or Return Requests for Purchases
- Vendor Transaction Reporting
- Rebills for Purchased Subscriptions
Under some circumstances, ClickBank may also continue to process your information to market additional goods and services, and so may the product vendor if you consented to receive those messages for sales occurring after May 25th, 2018.
In order for our business to provide a continued level of support, we cannot restrict processing your personal information for the following:
- Support or Return Requests for Purchases
- Vendor Transaction Reporting
If you no longer wish for your information to be processed for marketing communications from ClickBank or the vendor, please follow the unsubscribe procedures contained in the marketing message you received.
