How to Cancel a ClickBank Product Subscription
Step 1: Navigate to the ClickBank Customer Support website.
The ClickBank Customer Support website provides an order-lookup feature, a live-chat feature, and a toll-free number for customer support. For subscription cancellation, utilize the order-lookup feature.
Step 2: Click the Look Up Your Order button.
Click the button on the left that says Look Up Your Order. Clicking this button displays order identifier search fields.
Step 3: Enter your email address and at least one other order identifier.
To look up your order, you must enter the email address you used when ordering and one of the following:
- Order number
- Last four digits of your payment method
- Zip code
ClickTip: Your order number is located on your purchase receipt.
Step 4: Click the Go! button.
Once you have entered the necessary information into the fields, click the Go! button to search for your order.
Step 5: Locate the order your wish to cancel.
If you provided the correct information, your order should be listed in the search results. Your search may return more than one order. Confirm that you are selecting the specific order you wish to cancel by double checking that the order details match.
Step 6: Click Order Details, Tech Support & Refunds.
Once you have selected the correct order, click Order Details, Tech Support & Refunds. Clicking this link will display the details for your order.
Step 7: Click the Get Support button.
Step 8: Type Cancellation Request in the type field.
In the type field, type Cancellation Request.
Step 9: On the drop-down menu, select the reason for the cancellation.
Select the reason you wish to cancel your subscription.
Step 10: Click the Send button.
Once you selected the reason for the cancellation, click the Send button. Clicking this button submits your cancellation request. The cancellation will be processed and completed within one business day, unless you revoke or change your request.
