Very useful information! I'll keep this article handy, especially the section related to the checklist as this seems super important. Thanks for the information!!!

Hi Owen. Can you please help me out with a small issue?

I'm trying to set up my first offer on CB and I really have no idea of how to set the upsells.

I added the main product as Item 1, the downsell for the main product as Item 2, Upsell1 as Item 3, Downsell1 as Item 4 and so on. I have in total 4 upsells, each of them with a downsell.

I added the buy links which are working properly...the problem now is how can I set it so for example a buyer will get after buying the main product to upsell1?

I tried setting the upsell flow, but you can set only 3 upsells there and I really don't know if PitchPlus Upsell Flow is the answer.

Thank you in advance and looking forward for your reply.

    Ioan-Nicolae,

You should take a look at the PitchPlus Upsell Flows article for more information about setting up an upsell flow. Basically, the first product that a user purchases is outside of the upsell flow, and it has a parameter attached to it. That parameter takes the customer to the flow, starting with the first product in the upsell flow.

    Hi Owen,

Thanx for the link. That really helped.

One last thing, I added buy links to all the upsells. As I previously said, all the upsells and downsells are marked as Item 3, Item 4 and so on. Is it ok to use this buy link: http://ITEM.VENDOR.pay.clickbank.net or do I need to use this: http://product.vendornickname.pay.clickbank.net/?cbur=a  ?

And the No link should I redirect to the wanted page or should I link it to: http://vendornickname.pay.clickbank.net/?cbur=d&cbitems=product ?

To better understand here is one of my upsell pages that is already set.

    http://www.bloodpressuredecreaser.info/stress_suppress_pro.php

The buy link is a normal CB link that contains the item, and the No, thank you link has no decline link attached...it just sends to the downsell.

Thanx and looking forward for your reply.

    Ioan-Nicolae,

You have to use the cbur parameter in your accept and decline payment links in an Upsell Flow, as described in the Upsell Flows article. You can use any of the formats described in the Upsell Flow article for your payment link, but that parameter is required.

    Timothy,

Yes, you need to have your own site to work as a vendor, so that you can create pitch pages and thank you pages.

okay what should I do in case my digital product has its own payment (I use a private payment method)

,I ask this question because I see in prerequisites that I should link my product by clickbank payment !

    Mostafa,

If you want to use your own payment method, you can use CBPro. Otherwise, if you want to sell your product through ClickBank, you need to use the ClickBank order form and let ClickBank accept the initial payment. You can see the How We Pay You article for information about how we get your earnings to you.

     Hey I'm new here
I'd love to know why I do not see if there's any shopping from the links I've posted
I have published many products for a great fee
I would love to know why I do not see movements of shopping products and seeing that many people have entered to order now
    Thanks

    Snir,

Different products have different conversion rates - that is, different rates at which order form visitors will buy them. No amount of order form visits is a guarantee of a purchase.

Once people do start making purchases, those purchases will show up in Transactions Reporting.

    Hi Owen,

    Great article and super informative.

I just need to check something with you, I have paid the one-time activation fee and the money has left my PayPal account for this fee. However, I am still seeing a notice at the top of my Clickbank account that I need to pay this fee to activate the account and I still have "Pending Activation" in my settings, even though the product has been approved.

I have re-tested all the links on my Pitch Page and they take me to an order form says the product is not approved.

Can you point me in the direction of what to do, or where to look next?

    Thanks

    Craig,

That is a curious issue. Go ahead and file a support ticket to get help with that if it's still happening.

    Hi,

Once I have completed the Market Place listing with title and description (plus commission rates etc), how long until my product shows up in the listings?

I can't seem to locate an article that mentions a time frame. I've seen 24 hours written somewhere, but cannot remember where I saw that.

    Thanks

    Craig

    Craig,

The 24-hour timeframe is discussed in the Activation Charge section on this page - once you've paid that, the product should be active within the Marketplace within 24 hours.

Hello, I just added my first product to my ClickBank account but I can't make payment test nor send Product Approval Request until my site will be Active. Now is Pending Approval. Should I wait for information from ClickBank about one-time fee payment to make before start selling my product? I will be grateful for confirmation and how long will it take (I assumed 3-5 bussines days for product to be approved). Thanks in advance!

    Katarzyna,

Yes, you should wait. You need to request and receive approval before paying the one-time activation charge, and you need to pay the charge before your product can be sold.

You are correct - product approvals generally take three to five business days.

The link to "ClickBank Client Contract" (https://accounts.clickbank.com/terms.html) seems to be broken. I get "The web server cannot find the file you asked for. Check the URL to ensure that the path is correct. Please use the main navigation to continue."

    Robert,

Thanks for catching that. The link is now fixed.
