Overview
On June 8, 2022, new enhancements to the user permissions and single-login authentication features kicked off to improve accessibility and ease of use.
Now, account owners can expand team member permissions to allow them to access nickname accounts from their own primary account (also referred to as a “Master account”).

This means…
- More secure account access
- Single authentication
- Increased efficiency for team members
Going Forward Securely (and Excitedly!)
To enhance security and usability, all new features are being built within the primary account going forward. This means that users without a primary account will eventually be required to create one to access their Nickname Account.
Primary accounts keep everyone in one place… from reporting, to team member management, to Nickname Account access. This primary account is the hub from which all business starts on ClickBank.
Not only is this an exciting update for account owners with team members, this is a big leap towards unified account experience. Over the next few months, ClickBank Clients who do not have a primary account login will be urged towards creating one. Eventually, clients who do not have a primary account will not be able to log in without one.
Current Changes
At this time the only changes an account owner may notice are on the Manage Permissions page for their individual users. This is where account owners can update their team member permissions.
Account owners will also notice a new reporting permission option for their team members. The Sales Reporting is not currently live, but you can add this permission for your team members now and be ready when the feature rolls out.
