ClickBank ShopTM Product Policy
The ClickBank ShopTM features products that are submitted by qualified sellers. These products are available for direct purchase on clickbank.com.
Qualifying Process
All ClickBank sellers who qualify to have their products listed in the ClickBank Shop agree to comply with the ClickBank Client Contract and the Terms of Service. Additionally, advertisers must apply to be featured, and must meet the following criteria:
- offer premium physical or digital products;
- offer “evergreen” products;
- have an overall chargeback rate equal or less than 1%;
- have an overall fraud rate equal or less than 1%;
- have a refund rate equal or less than 20%;
- and consistently comply with ClickBank’s product policies and guidelines.
In order to ensure that sellers meet the criteria, ClickBank will monitor quality rates using a rolling 90-day look-back window.
Products that cease to meet the criteria will be immediately removed from clickbank.com until the criteria is met and maintained in the 90-day look-back window. Product inclusion is at the sole discretion of ClickBank and can be terminated at any time at will.
Submission Process
To submit a product to be listed on clickbank.com, advertisers must follow the directions provided to them in the invitation sent by ClickBank. If a product is found to be outside of the rules and regulations required to be listed, the submission will be rejected.
If the vendor reaches and maintains the qualifying criteria for 90 days, their product may be considered to be included again.
