As a ClickBank affiliate you may want to communicate with a vendor about a product you'd like to promote or ask about commission rates or CPA. There are a couple of ways to do this. Read on to find out more.
Through the Vendor's Contact Information
Vendors often make their contact information public so affiliates can reach out with questions. This will be displayed in the listing information.
Through the HopLink Generator Box
Other times, vendors provide their contact information in the HopLink Generator box that is displayed after an affiliate clicks the Promote button. This is so vendors can pre-approve affiliates to promote their products.
Through the Affiliate Resource Page
Additionally, some vendors may provide an affiliate resource page for affiliates to find brand content, images, and banner ads. If available, this URL will be provided in the listing information.
If the vendor has not provided a means of contact either through the listing information, the “HopLink Generator” dialogue box, or via the affiliate resource page, affiliates are free to promote the product without contacting the vendor directly.
Because all of the transactions are facilitated via ClickBank, affiliates do not have to be concerned that they will not receive their commission from the sale. This process is automated and taken care of by ClickBank.
