Once you have selected a product you’d like to promote, you may want to communicate with the vendor before proceeding. There are a couple ways to go about doing this.
Sometimes, vendors will make their contact information public so affiliates can reach out with questions. This will be displayed in the listing information.
Other times, vendors provide their contact information in the “HopLink Generator” box that is displayed after an affiliate clicks the “Promote” button. This is so vendors can pre-approve affiliates to promote their products.
Additionally, some vendors may provide an affiliate resource page for affiliates to find brand content, images, and banner ads. If available, this URL will be provided in the listing information.
If the vendor has not provided a means of contact either through the listing information, the “HopLink Generator” dialogue box, or via the affiliate resource page, affiliates are free to promote the product without contacting the vendor directly.
ClickTip: Because all of the transactions are facilitated via ClickBank, affiliates do not have to be concerned that they will not receive their commission from the sale. This process is automated.
