The Customer Distribution Requirement (CDR) is a requirement put in place by ClickBank to deter ClickBank affiliates from using their accounts for the sole purpose of fraudulently collecting rebates or discounts on their own promotions.
ClickBank users must meet the CDR before payment is issued to them.
To meet the CDR, users must process five unique sales from two separate payment methods.
The two payment methods must be made via the following:
- American Express
- Diners Club
- Discover
- MasterCard
- PayPal
- Visa
Failure to meet the CDR is one of the most common reasons that ClickBank users don't receive payment when they are expecting it. If you are expecting a payment, and haven't received it, make sure that you have met the CDR.
ClickTip: The CDR applies to individual accounts. If you have linked accounts, each account must meet the CDR individually to be eligible for payment.
