ClickBank Vendors have the option to block affiliates that they no longer want to allow to promote their products. When an affiliate is blocked, the HopLinks that they use to direct traffic to a vendor's landing page will no longer work.
Vendors can choose this option if the vendor is not adhering to standards, is not on brand with the vendor's desired marketing suggestions, or any reason that the vendor may feel uncomfortable with a particular affiliate.
