Note: On July 16, 2020, the European Union Court of Justice issued a judgment invalidating the EU-U.S. Privacy Shield. As a result, the Privacy Shield is no longer a valid mechanism with which to transfer personal data from the European Economic Area (EEA) to the U.S. While we continue to comply with the Privacy Shield principles, all data transfers between the EEA and U.S. are now subject to the ClickBank Client Data Transfer Addendum.

Cookies & Other Tracking Technologies
As is true of most websites, we gather certain information automatically and store it in log files. This information may include Internet protocol (IP) addresses, browser type, internet service provider (ISP), referring/exit pages, the files viewed on our site (e.g., HTML pages, graphics, etc.), operating system, date/time stamp, and/or clickstream data to analyze trends in the aggregate and administer the site.
ClickBank uses cookies or similar technologies to store session information, analyze trends, administer the Sites, track users' movements around the Sites, and to gather demographic information about our user base as a whole. A cookie is a small amount of data, which often includes an anonymous unique identifier, which is sent to your browser from a website's computers and stored on your computer's hard drive.
We use both session ID cookies and persistent cookies. A session ID cookie expires when you close your browser. We use session cookies to track your login status. This cookie is only ever transmitted over HTTPS. A persistent cookie remains on your hard drive for an extended period of time. We use persistent cookies to determine from where you were referred to our Sites so that we may provide commissions or referral fees, and recognize the last user ID that you used to log in. We may set and access ClickBank cookies on your computer; cookies are required to use the Sites.
You can remove persistent cookies by following directions provided in your Internet browser's "help" directory. Click here for more information on cookies, including how to disable them. If you choose to disable cookies, it may limit your use of certain features or functions on our Sites or service. To manage Flash cookies, please click here: http://www.macromedia.com/support/documentation/en/flashplayer/help/settings_manager07.html
Most web browsers and some mobile operating systems and mobile applications include a Do-Not-Track (“DNT”) setting that you can activate to signal your privacy preference to not have data about your online browsing activities monitored and collected. No uniform technology standard for recognizing and implementing DNT has been finalized. As such, we do not currently respond to DNT browser signals or any other mechanism that automatically communicates your choice not to be tracked online. If a standard for online tracking is adopted that we must follow in the future, we will inform you about that practice in a revised version of this Privacy Policy.
Third Party Tracking
Third parties also use cookies and other tracking technologies on our site, of which data is only collected in the aggregate. The use of cookies by third parties is not covered by our Privacy Policy. We do not have access or control over these cookies. Third parties use session ID and persistent cookies to make it easier for you to navigate the Sites, in order for you to use the shopping cart, and to otherwise use our services. You can opt out of receiving targeted advertisements from members of the Network Advertising Initiative by visiting http://www.networkadvertising.org/choices.
