As of January 30, 2024, the HopLink error handling experience has been updated to provide a seamless and informative user experience in the event of invalid HopLink URLs. This update aims to enhance the following:
- Customer Progression: The updated error pages are designed to allow customers a clear path to continue their journey whenever possible.
- Enhanced Communication for Troubleshooting: The new error pages provide improved information of the HopLink error encountered, enabling clients to address and resolve the underlying issues more efficiently.
- A More Modern Experience: An improved page style highlights information, makes next steps apparent, and contributes to a positive user experience even in error situations.

NOTE: These error pages are not applicable to sellers or affiliates using Direct Offer Tracking because direct offer tracking does not rely on ClickBank server redirects.
