    Hey Owen,

I got the Java snippet into my Go Daddy site, it appears as it should but when i click on it, it doesn't show my vender name, just a ".". Any ideas? I've triple checked the code. It works fine when I preview it but not when i copy the txt.

    Aaron,

That's unusual. Make sure your account nickname is spelled correctly in the snippet, and nothing has been cut off. If it all looks correct, go ahead and file a support ticket.

Hello, I am having the same problem as Aaron. I have looked at all of this information and the only thing I have figured out is that your help links are outdated. No one seems to know how to address this issue. Please help as I am trying to get my product to market. Any help would be appreciated.

    Terry,

I'd recommend that you file a support ticket as well. If there's an issue with the procedure, I'll update it, but the support folks have the resources to dig in and find out if that's the case.

    Hi Owen,

I guessing still no word on whether or not the new "Wix Code" tool will allow for CBTB implementation?  How is the testing going?

    Thanks,

    Thurman

    Thurman,

I have not gotten word on that yet, but I have not forgotten. I'll let you know as soon as I can.

Is this mandatory all vendors or is this only for those who want to provide clickbank payment gateway on their website?

    Owen Allen

    Rosemary,

This is mandatory for all vendors. In order to sell products through ClickBank, you have to have a link to a ClickBank order form, and the CBTB is required on any page with a link to a ClickBank order form.

I can't get the badge to show up on my page no matter what I do. Its a stand alone page on my website. I know how to add code. I just can't get it to show up. Help!

    Vickie,

Make sure that the payment links on your page are formatted correctly - the CBTB only displays on pages with payment links. If that doesn't make a difference, please file a support ticket for more help.

I also want to second that comment about wix. Wix Code seems to be able to bridge the gap between the trust badge and the Wix interface, so shouldn't it be able to work somehow by now?

    Ethan,

That's a good question. I'll pass along to the rest of my team that other folks are interested in whether Wix Code can work with the CBTB, and hopefully I'll have an answer for you soon.

Could someone give some instructions on how to add the CBTB to a WordPress site?

    Aaron,

There are different ways you can do it, depending on your familiarity with Wordpress' tools. It looks like you can either edit the code directly and paste the CBTB code as described above, or use a plugin to add specific code to your page.

    Hi Owen,

You've previously told me that testing was being done to see if the new wix code tool can integrate the CBTB and that you'd get back to me.

However, you just recently replied to Ethan that you'll now forward on to your team since other people are interested...

Is there actually testing being done or does clickbank not care about integrating with wix?

    Thurman,

I've asked others on the ClickBank team to look into Wix code, since others have more technical experience than I do. The fact that multiple people are asking about it will hopefully make it a higher priority.
