Dormant Accounts

Accounts with a positive balance but no earnings for an extended period of time are considered dormant. Dormant accounts are subject to a charge of $1 per pay period after 90 days of no earnings, $5 per pay period after 180 days of no earnings, and $50 per pay period after 365 days of no earnings. These charges stop as soon as your account has additional earnings or if your account balance reaches $0.

Dormant account fees are assessed even if your account has not met the Customer Distribution Requirement.

As explained in the Accounting Policy, preventing dormant account fees is your responsibility. ClickBank will not notify you when your account becomes dormant.

If you expect your account to become dormant, you should lower your Payment Threshold to minimize the amount of money in your dormant account.

     Hello Owen,

I have one concern which i hope can be addressed.

My Question is, if the account balance reaches zero and is still dormant, is the account still subject to a charge? Or will the account be charged until it has reached zero.

Thank you in advance for your help!

    Nader,

The charges stop if the account reaches $0. An account's balance will not go negative due to dormant account charges.

    Mahima,

If your account has a balance of $0, then no additional fees are applied. The dormant account fee won't make your balance go negative.

The dormant account fee only applies if you've already made some earnings, so you don't need to worry about having to invest additional money to pay it.

Przyjmujemy część przychodów z jakiejkolwiek sprzedaży i regularnie płacimy prowizje.

Hello Owen, I would like to know how the process of receiving payments in Brazil is. Do we have to open a specific bank account? How do we receive if living in Brazil? Are there taxes? Do you guys convert to the Brazilian Real Currency and transfer to an account automatically? I saw that Brazil wasn't on the list.

    Eric,

Take a look at the How We Pay You article for more information about payment methods. If a country isn't listed for direct deposit, there's still check and wire transfer.
