Dormant Accounts

Accounts with a positive balance but no earnings for an extended period of time are considered dormant. Dormant accounts are subject to a charge of $1 per pay period after 90 days of no earnings, $5 per pay period after 180 days of no earnings, and $50 per pay period after 365 days of no earnings.

If you expect your account to become dormant, you should lower your Payment Threshold to minimize the amount of money in your dormant account.

     Hello Owen,

I have one concern which i hope can be addressed.

My Question is, if the account balance reaches zero and is still dormant, is the account still subject to a charge? Or will the account be charged until it has reached zero.

Thank you in advance for your help!

The charges stop if the account reaches $0. An account's balance will not go negative due to dormant account charges.
